She has created a number of new play development programs including the Obie Award-winning Mentor Project, now in its 17th season, which launched Katori Hall and Rajiv Joseph to name a few. On Broadway, she won her first Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critic's Circle and Drama League awards last season for producing the revival of Edward Albee's Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolff starring Tracy Letts and Amy Morton and a Drama Desk award for producing Will Eno's The Realistic Joneses starring Tony Collette, Michael C.
